Laurie has been the president of Unlimited Coaching Solutions since its formation. Her specialty is in improving workplace performance, through consulting, training and coaching. Laurie is a certified New York State trainer, and an approved United States Navy trainer. She is certified in the Four Agreements and has permission from author don Miguel Ruiz to create training programs based on his theory. She is currently writing a book, Get Your GRIT™ Together. Shkiba earned her MBA from University of Phoenix and a BA Degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Upon completion of undergraduate school in 1998, Shkiba started her career with Amber-Allen Publishing, Inc., working in different departments from Office Management, Publicity, Finance, Customer Service, to Managing Sales & Marketing.
