Account Executive
Unlimited Coaching Solutions, Inc. is actively seeking a highly
motivated sales person who wants to join a dynamic growing company.
A position is currently available for a results-oriented individual
who will focus directly on the tremendous opportunities in training
and development. This Account Executive will be a key player and
contribute to the overall success of business development at Unlimited
Coaching Solutions.
We are looking for an aggressive, motivated, professional sales
person to sell to middle market clients. This person must possess
strong consultative, proven strategic selling abilities and be able
to interact with Director’s of Training and Development, VP’s
of HR, Small Business owners, and “C” level executives.
Key Responsibilities:
This Account Executive will produce incremental revenue through
outbound sales calls and inbound leads to regional companies in
effort to meet sales booking goals.
• Membership in networking organizations and attendance at
networking events
• Developing and qualifying leads
• Phone & email prospecting
• Setting up appointments
• Obtaining needs and business objectives
• Preparing and presenting sales proposals
• Closing sales
Requirements:
• 2+ years demonstrated track record in selling professional
services (training industry preferred; B2B required)
• Strong network of potential clients – ”C”
level
• Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint,
Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with both quotas
and goals
