Unlimited Coaching Solutions is headquartered in Rochester, New York and was formed in 1999.

Laurie Joslin

Founder & President
Laurie has been the president of Unlimited Coaching Solutions since its formation. Her specialty is in improving workplace performance, through consulting, training and coaching. Laurie is a certified New York State trainer,

and an approved United States Navy trainer. She is certified in the Four Agreements and has permission

from author don Miguel Ruiz to create training programs based on his theory. She is currently writing a book "What's Missing at Work: The Four Agreements in Action."

Laurie has over 15 years of corporate experience in human relations, management, sales, marketing and training. She is a magna cum laude graduate in Communications from SUNY Cortland, and holds numerous specialty training certifications. Laurie’s passion for life-long learning, her desire to share that knowledge, and her sincere appreciation of human potential is why she is in this business.

Roseanne Romero

Vice President of Development
Roseanne Lazarus de Romero has experience that spans nearly 20 years and crosses both academic and corporate environments. Roseanne began her career as an elementary teacher before working in academic and career development roles for both RIT and The George Washington University. She has also held leadership positions within the industries of information technology and telecommunications. Roseanne has designed and delivered training programs as well as long-term programs to address corporate needs. She’s also been active within the community participating in adult educational workshops and transition seminars. Roseanne earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Elementary Education from SUNY Brockport, a Master of Science in Career and Human Resource Development from RIT and has completed additional graduate study in Counseling through SUNY Brockport. Roseanne truly believes that organizations grow by creating a learning environment through which the human capacity to grow and continuously improve are encouraged and supported.

Jade Whaley

Design Coordinator
Jade joined the team in February 2005 and has been very valuable in the design and development of workshop materials as well as the overall image of the company. She is responsible for curriculum design, website updates, and the overall branding and advertising for Unlimited Coaching Solutions. She is also designing and coordinating an electronic newsletter. Jade is a full-time student at RIT working towards her Bachelor of Fine Arts majoring in Graphic Design. She is a member of the American Institute for Graphic Arts (AIGA). Outside work she is active in "Friends of the Pittsford Library" where she works at the bi-annual book sale and she participates in raising money for Breast Cancer by walking and coordinating orders for the Daffodil Days annual sale. We welcome Jade's artistic ability, her attention to detail, and her extremely proactive nature!

Michelle Lewis

Training Specialist
Michelle is the most recent addition to our team, starting in April of 2007. She holds a Master's degree in Secondary English Education and a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing from SUNY Brockport. Michelle has over 10 years experience in training, educating, and corporate experience, most recently as a corporate trainer at One Communications. In her role as Training Specialist, Michelle will customize and facilitate experiential workshops, designed to improve organizational performance through individual performance improvements.  Additionally, Michelle's expertise in development and technology will be used to create and enhance courses, materials, job aides and computer-based training modules. Michelle's passion for motivating people and personal growth keep her energized, focused, and eager to learn new things.

Raymond Justice
Creative Advisor and Business Coach
Ray is an entrepreneur and business coach, and an associate of Unlimited Coaching Solutions, Inc. He has started, owned and operated businesses in retail, service, sales, construction, wholesale equipment, education and not-for-profit areas over the last 35 years. Some of these businesses include Buckman’s Car Wash, Inc., DiscoveryQuestions.com, The Lost Forests, Wild Wings-Flighted Birds of Prey, and more.  Ray is often called the “Change Master” because of his unique, out-of-the-box methods to problem solving and his upbeat attitude of “possibility thinking.” His lifelong study of personal growth is conveyed in his enthusiastic approach to connection and leadership.  Ray has been the Chamber of Commerce "Business Person of the Year" and the 1998 recipient of the "Sam Walton Business Leader Award."
